My friend Sharon at work came to me and told me that she was dealing with a customer who called in to ask for help in rebooting his computer.
Help in . . . .rebooting . . . .his . . . .computer.
I fell down on my knees and started laughing. I covered my face, trying to supress it but there was no such luck. I'm pretty sure my surrounding co-workers heard me. But with all the crap we've been dealing with; it was just too funny to keep in.
